Dream Weapons present: INDOOR GAMES C90

Late last August I compiled a folk-mix sort of tributing the coming of autumn in all its glory*. This year’s autumnal mix however, is for the great indoors. Contemplative, (but not meditative), gently strange songs and instrumentals for book reading, board games, playing cards, knitting, drinking tea or wine, making soup, staring out the window… or whatever you feel like like doing when days get colder and shorter. This time I actually made the cover art first, and then I started collecting music I enjoy that I associated with the visuals in one way or another -Moahaha

  1. Hi Mohaha,

Can we get Spring, Summer, Autumn/Fall, and Winter labels? Putting all the Autumnal DWP into a massive playlist seems nice...

Also, is there any chance of doing a DWP version of Northern Songs, Zillion Dollar Coffin, and Last Celestial Nomad? There's not a lot left of your pre-DWP mixtapes that haven't been revisited/reuploaded. (Also Northern Songs seems like a nice mix for winter...)

    1. Hi, yes that's a nice idea - although I do listen to "winter music" during the summer - and "summer music" in the wintertime. I'll look at it when I have the time. As for the last few pre-DWP mixtapes, I'll probably get to those eventually. Everytihng on this blog is pretty much all done on impulse without any pre-planning. But it helps to know that someone actually wants them:) -Moahaha

    1. Thank you for the comment, zipper. I do think anyone "new" to this blog having checked out and liked some of our shares on the front page, will find lots to love in our Mix Archive (or by using tags). Also any of "your" favorite mixtapes will always a few older fraternal twins that shouldn't be missed. (-Moahaha)
