Dream Weapons present: OSIRICA C60

https://yadi.sk/d/BJhng6bG3ZBKGx

OSIRICA is admittedly a bit of a ADHD mix, keeping on track only for a couple songs at a time before steering into the abyss. I planned it that way, so I hope you can just enjoy the songs for what they are, and see that they do follow some twisted path in my mind at least.

  1. I didn't know that I had ADHD :). I guess Sun Ra would have liked this one!

  5. ADHD? On the contrary I think this mix holds together really well. I hear it as a celebration of Afro Jazz, funk, gospel and African grooves. Side1 starts so well with Jeanne Lee and the very cool gospel from the Harrell Singers. Lorez Alexandria was an extraordinary talent, Baltimore Oriole, what a tune!
The choice cut for me is West Africa Cosmos, this one blows me away with its beautiful guitar interplay...
Side2 is a bit more of an ADHD affair but none the lesser for it.
I love tuning in and finding two mixes awaiting my aural pleasure!
    You guys are amazing!!
